License to Preach Membership

     This category of membership is for those that have a call into the Five-fold ministry and are not currently Licensed through an organization or denomination.

To become "Licensed to Preach," you must submit a completed Membership Application. [ click here for an application ]

Make sure you mark "License" as the type of Credentials you are seeking, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.

Upon verification and approval of the Membership Application, WMF's Central Ordination Council will set up an interview date for you, at which time you will be invited to appear before an Ordination Council. After a period of three years, you may apply to become Ordained.

Ordained Membership

     Ordination Credentials are issued to those who have been Licensed through WMF for a period of three years and have completed all the requirements of a WMF Licensed Minister.

Make sure you mark "Ordination" as the type of Credentials you are seeking, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.

Upon receipt of the Membership Application, WMF's Central Ordination Council will set up an interview date for you, at which time you will be invited to appear before an Ordination Council. Upon approval, you will be Ordained by the laying on of hands and issued Ordination Credentials.

Recognition of Ordination Membership

     This category of membership is for applicants presently Ordained elsewhere, who desire membership with WMF. To apply, you must have current Credentials in good standing from a recognized denomination, ministerial group or conference. You are not required by WMF to give up the Credentials you have with other organizations.

Make sure you mark "Recognition of Ordination" as the type of Credentials you are seeking, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.

Upon receipt of the Membership Application, WMF's Central Ordination Council will set up an interview date for you, at which time you will be invited to appear before an Ordination Council. Upon approval, your Ordination is recognized by WMF. You will be issued WMF Ordination Credentials and you will have full recognition within WMF.

Christian Worker Membership   

     There are many Christians, not called into the Five-fold ministry, who have demonstrated a call of God on their lives. These ministries include the ministry of helps, praise, prayer, singing, and the like. World Ministry Fellowship recognizes these callings as being from God, and according to His revealed Word, offers to those called to this ministry a Christian Worker Card. This Credential affords them all the benefits of Ordained and Licensed members within WMF, except they are not allowed to hold any office in WMF.

Upon verification and approval of the Membership Application, WMF's Central Ordination Council will issue an interview date to you at which time you will be invited to appear before an Ordination Council.

Spousal Membership  

     This membership is for the spouse of any WMF member. This membership is not Credentialing, nor is it recognition of the Five-fold ministry. It is not a requirement of WMF that a spouse become a member to participate in the Fellowship.

Upon membership approval, you will be recognized and encouraged as a WMF member, but you will not receive ministerial Credentials.

All members of WMF, regardless of their Credentials, are strongly encouraged to attend the Annual Convocation each year, as well as any state and regional meetings.
